HYDROX sterntube lubricants which include the HIDROX BIO range, form an integral part of many leading ship operator's preventive maintenance programmes.
This is backed by the Vickers Condition Monitoring Service 410 (VCMS), a premium service developed in collaboration with Lloyd Register.


The unique features of VCMS are that it takes into account the special characteristics of HYDROX lubricants. As such, VCMS reports will support the continuation in service of sterntube systems even where water content is higher than would be considerd acceptable with a conventional lubricant.

These reports in turn can support requests to Class for survey extensions.
